Requirements for oven automation control:
1. The oven temperature should be able to set upper and lower limit standards;
2. Automatic alarm is required in the following situations:;2.1. When the furnace temperature just exceeds the upper and lower limits;
2.2. Automatic shutdown of the oven;
2.3. The oven temperature is normal, but the assembly line malfunctions and stops running for 5 minutes;
3. Abnormalities on the recorder can be self indicated;
4. The above alarm prompts must have two types: mobile SMS and visual;
5. When the production line starts running, the furnace temperature generally does not reach the standard value, and there is no alarm within the set waiting time (20-30 minutes);
6. Before and after production, there is no alarm when the furnace is turned on or off;

3、 Explanation
The furnace temperature is input to the recorder through a temperature sensor for display and recording. The recorder can set up high temperature and low temperature alarms, drive wireless transmitters through relays, and use a mobile phone card to achieve SMS alarms through GPRS or CDMA. It is recommended to use 3 to 5 temperature sensors to measure the furnace temperature.
Abnormal situation in the assembly line: A photoelectric counter is installed at the place where the workpiece enters the furnace to detect whether there is a workpiece or a bracket entering the oven at a constant time, thereby driving the timer to reset in real time. If there is no sensing of a bracket or workpiece on the assembly line within a constant time, the timer will not be driven to reset. If the preset time is exceeded, an alarm will be triggered. SMS alarm can also be achieved through a mobile phone card using GPRS or CDMA.
